    экспорт товаров.
    Национальные или национализированные товары, вывезенные с экономической территории страны за границу в целях их конечного потребления. Национальным является товар, произведенный на экономической территории данного государства, а национализированным- импортный товар, прошедший таможенный контроль и разрешенный для свободной продажи на экономической территории этой страны. Основной критерий экспорта как завершения внешне- торговой операции - это пересечение границы экономической территории страны товаром. Внешнеторговая сделка при экспорте транспортного оборудования проявляется в форме передачи права собственности от отечественной хозяйственной единицы к иностранной. Экспорт, в своей преобладающей части, - это товары массового потребительского спроса или производственного назначения, вывезенные за пределы национальной экономики для продажи на зарубежном рынке. К экспортным товарам относятся также продукты, полуфабрикаты и готовые изделия, которые вывозятся в зарубежные страны в целях их обработки, монтажа, ремонта с целью последующего использования этих усовершенствованных товаров в национальной экономике. Товары, отправленные в другую страну для усовершенствования и ремонта, не становятся достоянием экономики этого иностранного государства. В общий импорт данного государства включается только стоимость работ по совершенствованию и ремонту. Стоимость этих выполненных работ включается и в экспорт страны-заказчика.

    экспорт услуг по перевозкам грузов.
    Услуги, оказываемые отечественными транспортными организациями иностранным экономическим единицам по перевозкам: 1) национальных или национализированных экспортных товаров до места, где они оцениваются на условиях ФОБ; 2) национального или национализированного товара по территориям зарубежных стран; 3) национального товара по национальной территории; 4) не включенных в экспорт и импорт (личное имущество туристов и т:д.) товаров. Стоимостная величина экспорта услуг по перевозке грузов исчисляется по рыночным ценам. Помимо объема транспортных работ по действующим тарифам в объем экспорта услуг по перевозке грузов включается наценка, равная стоимости перемещения импортных товаров, которую отечественные транспортные организации осуществляли по договоренности с национальными хозяйственными единицами, производящими внешнеторговые сделки.

    стоимостная оценка экспортируемых товаров.
    В международных методологических руководствах по ведению статистики внешней торговли (international trade statistics) стоимостную оценку экспортируемых товаров рекомендуется проводить на условиях ФОБ (f.o.b. value), т.е. по рыночным ценам товаров на границе страны-экспортера. Рыночная цена товаров на границе страны-экспортера - это цена производителя, увеличенная на размер, во-первых, торговой наценки; во-вторых, расходов по транспортировке товаров до границы; в-третьих, издержек, оплаченных импортером в связи с погрузкой экспортируемого товара на судно или другое средство международного транспорта; в-четвертых, налогов на экспорт. При формировании рыночных цен товаров на границе не учитываются расходы по уплате налогов с объема производства товаров, на которые предоставляются льготы при их экспорте. Стоимостный объем товаров в виде безвозмездной помощи определяется по ценам ФОБ аналогичных товаров, вывозимых из страны в результате внешнеторговых коммерческих сделок.

    экспорт в системе внешнеторгового учета.
    Часть системы учета внешней торговли, заключающаяся в статистическом наблюдении за количеством вывозимых из стран (пересекающих государственную границу) товаров и их стоимостной оценкой. Из общего экспорта выделяется экспорт товаров национального происхождения (см. exports of goods) и реэкспорт импортных товаров. Товары, поставляемые за рубеж правительственными учреждениями своим вооруженным силам и Дипломатическим представительствам, статистикой внешней торговли не учитываются и не включаются в объем экспорта. В целях унификации учета потока товаров, являющихся предметом торговли между странами мира, Статистическая комиссия ООН рекомендует объем экспорта определять в ценах ФОБ (f.o.b. value).
